Self-Love is the Best Love

Helloooo everyone! Summer is in full swing and I hope you all have had time to enjoy yourself. I've been taking time to reflect on events that have happened over the past few years and the overwhelming feeling I've had has been tense and drained. I know I'm not unique in my feelings and the majority of people have had to experience a range of difficult emotions in such a short period of time. I know I've had my fair share of negative moments and I sometimes find it difficult to pull myself out of a rut. Just know - you are never alone and there's always light at the end of the tunnel. Something that has helped me feel better and has helped me see through a positive lens is affirmations and positive self-talk. I think sometimes it's too easy to doubt ourselves and we end up falling into a spiral of negative emotions. But not today! Over the last few weeks I've made a list of my favorite affirmations and I've been excited to share them with you all!
